Why I cannot attach file to fax out

If you encounter problem to send fax with attachment using your registered e-mail account, check the followings step by step:

 

1)   Did you use the registered Email address to send fax? You must use the Email address which registered with Fax007 to send fax; for those Email address not registered with Fax007 will not able to send fax.

 

2)   Send out a testing Email to yourself under your registered e-mail account to check whether your email system is operating normally, if it is function then go to step 3.

 

3)   Send out a testing fax without attachment see whether it works. If it is normal, go to  step 4.

 

4)   Check the attachment whether it is Windows office document or is it a file format supported by Fax007.  

 

5)   Are you forward an inbound fax or email message which originally come with an attachment? In most of the email system, inbound fax or email message with attachment still can forward to a new message and send as fax but some other email system cannot perform re-forward attachment especially if it is with TIF format.  So the most secured way is to save the inbound attachment as a new file name into your computer then attach the new file instead of click the forward button.
